Ambassador Home Health specializes in providing Senior Home Care. Our State Tested Nursing Aides (STNA), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), and Home Health Aides (HHA) level of care for the elderly, disabled adults or individuals of any age with special needs.
People are often discharged from hospitals or facilities with the recommendation that they also obtain assisted care at home for a few days, either from a family member or visiting nurse. Ambassador Home Health’s Personal Care Providers can help make the transition from hospital or rehabilitation to home, easier for anyone requiring in-home care assistance.
In-home health care is essential for children with special needs, young adults requiring hands-on care or elderly in need of hospice bedside sitting. Our professionally trained and screened nurse’s aides and management staff are there to respond to the needs of your loved one!
